NEW ARTEL was incorporated as a private limited Company in July 25 2001 and started its operations in October 2002.
It has the goal of providing Telecommunication services in order to take in the country’s plan of ICT development towards the attainment of Rwanda’s vision 2020. In May 2007,New Artel started operating as a government company.

NEW ARTEL is set to launch its new look. With this development, Artel seeks to offer greater and better services and products.
